- 1 / 5By Tish RowlandBought a variety of breads from this company at a Farmer's Market they were at and the bread had fuzzy mold growing on it! Took it back to the store and the owner told me they didn't use preservatives so the bread should be refrigerated, and that was the reason for the mold. I bought the bread 15 minutes after the market opened so that didn't seem feasible. I asked him why he'd sell bread out in the heat without refrigeration if he knew that would happen, he had no answer but did offer to replace the moldy bread with a different loaf. I said no thank you!July 18, 2016
